Is it correct to translate She is pregnant as "Ella está preñada"? Which one is the best translation:

Ella está preñada

Ella está embarrasada

Ella está encinta

The best is: Ella esta hasta el quezo.
Ella esta hasta la picha

either one is fine even though I was always told that preñada only referred to animals being pregnant other than humans. I still have heard people say preñada.

I'd vote for "embarazada".

(: who says Spanish spelling is easy. :)

<<BTW, what does "Estoy embarazado" mean?>>

It means you're a transvestite. :)

How would you say that in French? I want to play a joke on a guy I slept with when I was visiting my aunt in Lyon.

Why don't you ask your aunt?

You may want to be tested for HPV and HIV too.

I wouldn't say encinta, it sounds to Frenchy (encente)
Use embarazada or prenada.
don't use hasta el quezo, that means you're to the cheese or something like that; it is a slang term.

You can also say this:

Ella está en estado de buena esperanza.

As a native Spanish speaker I say that the most common is :

Ella esta embarazada

She is embarrassed?
In Portuguese it's easier: Ela tá grávida.

She is embarrassed?

Sometimes it's quite embarrasing to get pregnant.
