It depends on the region of the earth you live. For wetern people eastern languages seem funny and viceversa .

Where I am I've heard lots of people giggling when they hear French, cause of the facial contorsions and the extreme 'ooo' sounds. Also Italian, but not strictly because of the language, rather because of the hard core gesturing and hand waving.
