You are wrong, in Spanish it's : de LOS pies a LA cabeza. You have to use the article, it's not like in English.

En Mexico es de pies a cabeza, al igual que de arriba para abajo, etc. de cualquier manera ni siquiera es un dicho muy popular que digamos, asi que por eso hay variantes.

My native teacher told me that it's "de los pies a la cabeza".

I wrote "gomen" (sorry), because the first one was too long. I have to write or copy text from elsewhere and put it here. I can't type it in directly.

Japanese uses hiragana (also katakana), but Chinese does not.

Some examples of hiragana in the above are as follows:

のてっぺんから and まで. If you remove these simple-looking symbols, you are left with the characters for "head", "foot or leg", "toe or tip of toe".
I could go into greater depth about the last two characters, but I'd drive everyone crazy.

I couldn't make a difference between Chinese and Japanese symbols even if I saw them, but unfortunately I just see little squares instead of symbols.

I can distinguish the Japanese symbols. I have no clue about Japanese and Chinese, but the Japanese symbols seem to have less strokes.
