What do Brits think of American English?

It's funny, I find my accent relaxed. What I have noticed through speaking French is that different parts of my mouth are used. And different parts are for different sounds. So, accents are really just different sounds. It seems quite likely that speaking another accent will seem tiring as you will be using different parts of your mouth you don't normally use.
