How should I reply for "Thanks"

(I mean to say, I have helped my friend and he told me 'Thanks' what would be the best way to respond. I usually end up saying It's ok which is sounding weird for me these days)

How are you?

How about "No problem" ("np" when typing online)

"You're welcome."
"I am well, and yourself?"
