What does bone mean?

A man approaches me and shouts "go bone yourself"

I hope it's not unpleasant!

It is. It's basically the same as saying "Go f*ck yourself!"

thats same as "go put a dildo in ur ass"

I've never heard the verb "bone" used in referring to oneself. Normally we would use it in the sense of "I'd like to bone my next door neighbor's wife." But for use in telling someone to do it to themselves, I believe a native speaker, at least a sophisticated, educated speaker of high class would say, "Go fuck yourself".

Nope, a sophisticated, educated speaker of high class would say "Go self-procreate"

I would agree with the go F yourself expressed by other posters HOWEVER the term has also been used in the media more recently to mean "get rid of in an underhand manner". So, if an employee is boned, their employer got rid of them without warning or similar. Mind you, some may argue there is no difference in meaning here. :)

Indigenous peoples can "point the bone" with has nothing to do with sex!
