Anybody can tell where he is from?

I've heard the voice from below ramdon link, but can not guess where the guy is from? Anybody can tell me?

Thanks for your comments,Guest, Caspian..How do you come up with the idea? I assume You listened to people from those coutries speak English...Is there any phonetic accent characteristics that distinguish these people?

He sounds like he's from a country like Korea, China, Japan, etc. People from those countries all sound basically the same when they speak English.

And by the way, title should be "Can anybody tell where he is from?"

Not really.

Well, the pitch accent or tones make Asian accents sound very exotic. Also, the confusion between L and R, and the inability to pronounce many of the vowel distinctions in English also give it away.

His 'r' sounds like he's most probably Chinese.
