Hi. I would like to put on an Ontario accent. I've never been there before, so I have no idea what people there sound like. What pronunciations should I use to speak with this accent? I was born and raised in northeastern Oregon.

round your Os: hawt, lawng, Gawd, dawllars, Mawnica, dawl, Dawnna, Jawn, fawther
Well, Oxford Canadian dictionary uses /Q/ for General American /A/,
so words like ''father, Donna, god, hot, doll, dollar'' should all be pronounced with the rounded vowel in Canadian English, which is expected due to CVS change.

I grew up in rural Ontario, and people out here use broad vowels and drawl out their speech quite a bit. Think "Of Mice and Men". However, if you are going to an Ontarian city, their accents will be indistinguishable from any other urban accents in (english-speaking) North America.
