my smoke doesn't go over at all

If someone said 'my smoke doesn't go over at all'(I heard this from the moviw, Fight Club), does this mean 'I can't quit smoking'??

No, I think it means it isn't tolerated well by others. Related to the phrases "to go over well" and "to go over badly (or poorly)", which are the same as being "received well" or being "received poorly".
