Which English accents are stigmatized?

Which English accents are stigmatized? Cockney accent?　Afro-American accent? Indian accent? Or any other accent?

In the Collins dictionary it suggest that you learn either 'RP' Received Pronunciation or 'American English'.

If you think about it, why would anyone learn an accent of English that was stigmatised.

So 'stigmatism' is more about 'what group you belong to' than whether on version of English is correct or not.

All of them except for, maybe, Standard American English, but that isn't a native accent anyway.
