How does one use the system?
What if a User is Color Blind?
Stupid question. Tedious, too. Pretty sure everyone knows that even colorblind people can see white just fine.
My page's background is set to red.
The next question should ask for the color of the text in the title.

There is no such thing as "color blindness" in the UK - it simply isn't an issue here at all, so I will pass on this one with a very well used term "no comment".
may be they wish to comment the article in wiki : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_blindness

That's because everything there is grey and drab.

I tried saying that the background is eggshell, but that wasn't accepted.

How right you are.....spot on the button, pal.....absolutely, positively, indisputably, undeniably grey and oh so drab.... it's beyond belief...the very gate to Hades is a fair description of this Sceptr'd Isle, this Precious Stone set in a silver sea, this Seat of Mars, this demi Paradise, this Royal Throne of Kings, this Realm, this little World, this Earth of Majesty, this blessed plot, this........dark and gloomy bubbling cauldron of doom and despondency.......where pigeons fly backwards to keep the sooty smuts out of their mince pies (eyes to you)....
And talking about our feathered friends even they are concerned about our ever so grey and drab countryside by avocating the Countryside Code:

Look - even Shakespeare thought so too:
This land of such dear souls, this dear dear land,
Dear for her reputation through the world,
Is now leased out, I die pronouncing it,
Like to a tenement or pelting farm:
(Britain)* , bound in with the triumphant sea
Whose rocky shore beats back the envious siege
Of watery Neptune, is now bound in with shame,
With inky blots and rotten parchment bonds:
That England, that was wont to conquer others,
Hath made a shameful conquest of itself.
*I cheated - I substituted Britain for England...well, when the Bard wrote those words my lovely Scotland was but a nuisance neighbour way up north beyond Emperor Hadrian's Wall built to keep us wild, uncivilised rebels at bay...now we, along with our good mates the Taffies, are all in the same boat and just as grey and drab as the Sassenachs. ;-)
PS: At least you spelled "grey" correctly. All I said in the first place was that I had a "problem" with "color" - as simple as that.
And how dare you tarnish the Rainbow Flag in that sacriligious way! You have sat here too long for any good you have been doing....be gone I say and let us have done with you...in the name of all that is Rainbow...go!

Frustrated!
I've tried white, then grey, then bluish - nothing works! Let's see again.
