Indian English should be considered to be another language different from English because both are mutually unintelligible.
Doesn't sound like his accent is all that strong to me. I don't think most people here in the US would have too much difficulty understanding most of it.
(BTW -- it sure sounds like those tigers are a whole heck of a lot worse than the bears that cause so much trouble around here.)
¿De qué trata la grabación? No sé si debería escucharla. Me da asco tener que descargar cosas por la red, pero al mismo tiempo me siento bastante enganchado y me gustaría saber cómo es su acento. Quizá sea una buena idea descargarla, porque además de lo que ya he mencionado, podría ayudarme a mejorar mi inglés. Sin embargo, cabe la posibilidad de que contenga un virus que podría hacer daño a mi computadora, lo que sería un grave desastre no solo para mí, sino también para mis familiares con los cuales comparto esta computadora. Así que me veo en una situación bastante complicada y no sé cómo debería actuar. He estado sopesando las posibilidades ya durante 3 horas, pero sigo sin llegar a conclusión alguna. ¡Qué lío! Independientemente de qué trate la grabación, aún no sé qué hacer y me siento perplejo, así que espero que pueda llegar a una decisión muy buena para compensar todo el tiempo malgastado.

This is not true. He is Samantha's (as in Darin, Samantha, Endora etc) family doctor. His English is easy to understand.
This English is pretty easy to understand and can't even compare to the English spoken by my boss, who is Pakistani.
