What does this man say?
"I want to tell you about this new book, called Simply Baby".
Out of curiousity, where are you from?
The problem is that he didn't use a normal speech word by word, if you take attention, you'll notice that the "T" of "want" and the "T" of "to" are merged and "tell" have a link with "you" that have link with "about"
I'm a beginner if someone have took me in mistake help me.
In British English the letter 'T' is often substituted for a sound produced by stopping the air flow from your lungs in the upper part of your throat.
I'm British and I only sound 4 of the 8 'T's ( excluding 'th') in that last sentence. The ones I sounded were 'T', the first two 't's in "substituted" and in 'stopping'.
He sounded perfectly clear to me. However BE speakers have an intonation pattern that differs from my normal speech. I wouldn't emphasize the word "simply" in my dialect. I would probably use the word "just" instead of simply.
The name of the book is "Baby", not "Simply Baby".
Thanks very much Jago, I had problem with "T" in the final of the word and you clear up to me.
