How to pronounce the name Pete Egoscue

I'm translating the book PAIN FREE from Pete Egoscue and I need the correct pronunciation of the names.

I've never heard of the guy, but my guess (for General American English) would be something like /ˈpi:t ɪˈgɑskju/, or "PEET ih-GAHS-kyoo".

It's possible that the 'ue' are silent... not sure though.

It's either:
ee-GOSS-kyoo

OR

ee-GOSS (EE-goss)

There are a number of Youtube videos on his method. I'm on a slow internet connexion at the moment so I can't load them, but I'm sure they say his name.

Lazar has the pronunciation correct. I met Pete on Okinawa in 1977, and that is how he pronounced his name.
