Well, English, Spanish and Chinese will be the 3 must learn languages.

Of course they mind being nuked, but the whole point of nuclear deterrence (which has prevented a major world war for more than half a century) is to assure your enemy that -- if they are foolish enough to attack you -- you will choose mutual destruction rather than submit to defeat.
If you were the Russians, would you take that kind of risk? (They haven't been willing to in the half century that this threat has existed, and let's hope that they won't be willing to in the future.)
