First of all, I 've not heard a single word of most of the 6000 languages Humanity speaks, so my ranking is made from my limited experience with languages (around 20). My favourite languages , excluding my mother tongue are:

Icelandic
English
Portuguese (Brazilian variety)
German
Dutch

No puc situar ni jutjar el català, perquè és la meva llengua.

Is mexican a language? I thought it was a Spanish variant. :-)

If Cindy thinks Mexican is a language, then let her think so. I had a bit of trouble understanding Mexican Spanish after learning SA accents first.

I don't need to share my fav. languages. Like another poster commented, there are many languages in the world. How narrow can I be if I only know a few of the major languages when there are so many I haven't even sampled?

You can say the ones you didn't like

I can't stop laughing when I read posts like K.T's one. You can say your favourite languages among the ones you know so far! For instance, I could say my favourite countries are Italy, France, India or let's say Peru even if I haven't visited all the countries in the world.
