Ехcept all of that is crap. I mean, some people may like it but it is cheap standard stuff that exists in every country. Russia has never produced any WORLD famous, high quality groups.

Everything depends on money and on ties with West and one need to sing in English but it will be the same crap.
There is Russian rock classics which is not a crap, but anyway it will never be popular outside because in real Russian music lyrics is more important, so Russian stuff is simply for Russians.
All these "world class groups" (all of them seems to be only anglo-saxon) are also crap, except very few which doesn't exist anymore.
Being an openminded person I discovered quite many great music but not in English.
