phonetic database

I'm trying to polish up my pronunciation by reading up and documenting myself on phonetics.

I looked everywhere but I can't find any site, search engine or database that will allow me to look up words containing certain sounds. For example today i wanted to find as many words as possible containing the dictong əʊ in coal, sole, soul, dole, whole and so on...
Is there any site that you would recommend?

I even tried googleing the IPA symbol but these characters are completely ignored.
