For me, it's not really a "choo" sound in "situation". It's more like "chyoo".

Down here in London particularly certain people can and do mumble something like:
"Wo' choo wonn'?" (Eng: "What do you want?)
"Wo' choo geh'in a', mi'?" (Eng: What are you getting at, mate?" - Londonspeak for enquiring about the motive behind any statement made by another person).
"Yuh'r 'avin a laaahf, ain'cha, mi'!" (Eng: You're having a laugh aren't you, mate! - Londonspeak for telling another person that he's extracting the urine - taking the piss in other words - at your expense).
