Velarised "l" in RP English

Hello, here is my question: I understand that in RP English, the "l" sound is velarised in postvocal positions such as in "will", "all", etc. however, what occurs when the word in question is followed by another vocalic sound ? For example, in "All I want" , is the "l" sound velarised ?

In RP, the /l/ would not normally be dark in the phrase "All I want".
