It depends on what language you choice and which is your native language.

From a spaniard's point of view...
English -> Phonetic
Latin language/German -> Grammar
Chinese/Japanse/Korean/Arabic-> Everything

Pronunciation and intonation. As for grammar and syntax, the harder the better :-)
