Speech is crisp & clear (not muddled) making it easy to understand him.

Sounds Canadian to me, regardless, I really like his accent.

North Central features:
backed vowel in MOUTH, GOAT and GOOSE
same vowel in LOT and THOUGHT

Inland North features:
backed vowel in MOUTH, DRESS and STRUT

My guess: Minnesota, Wisconsin or Iowa.
