Interesting to hear Geither speak in clipped English just now in an interview by Bloomberg TV on American jobs reports, presenting a striking contrast with Hilary speaking slow but clear English!!\(^o^)/~

Maybe it's because Hillary Clinton claimed to be a life-long New Yorker, and also a diehard NY Yankees fan, apparently since birth. At least that's what she said during her Senate campaign in NY State.
