When I have to deliver a meaning with short or restricted number of words(which probably look like the phrases above)

which one do you think is better, well-written structure, familiar,common or readable?

The second, shorter one looks smoother and more streamlined. The first looks a little more grandiose. So it depends on what effect you're going for.
