Freeware recording program

Hi

I want to do a recording of my English accent but I don't have a program. Does anyone have any websites to a freeware program that records audio? I already have a site to upload my audio to so I linked to the antimoon site but if you would like you can also recommend a good site for me for that as well.

Please reply I would like to open a thread for 'Audio of English accents'.

Here's one I use. Just scroll down and select 'HarddiskOgg 2.51'

Just be careful as if you navigate out of that page the rest of the site is in German.

I use Audacity, which is a great freeware program. Just do a google search for Audacity if you're still looking for one.

In Windows use Sound Recorder:
Start-Run
%SystemRoot%\system32\sndrec32.exe
or
