misprint?

I'm reading the acknowledgments of a cookbook:

"...My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone of you:

. My immediate family-XXX, XXX...- all who give special meaning to my potluck dinners.
. The Emeril's culinary team- Chef David McCelvey, Chef XXX, XXX..., who never tired of trying just one more casserole!

Did they miss the linking verb 'are' in the last sentence? ( ...who are never tired of..., or who have never been tired of...)

No. It's tire in the past tense.

"I never tire of trying another one of your wonderful creations, Emeril!" (present)


"Chef David McCelvey, Chef XXX, XXX..., who never tired of trying just one more casserole!" (past)

You can also say "are never tired of", but that is a form of the present tense as well.
