Brennus correctly wrote that in albanian the saint is known as Shna Ndou but i would like to say that in that dialect that he used (mirditor gheg albanian) it would be Shna Ndou i Padues
In official albanian the saint would be Shën Antoni i Padovës

And Gringo is right about S. António de Pádua/Lisboa. At least in Portugal, he's known as S. António de Lisboa. His celebration, at 13th June, is even the local holiday in Lisbon.
