I think ``quite advenced' is more advanced than ``advacned'' but not as advanced as ``very advanged''. So my hierarchy is:
Extremely Very Highly Quite .. Almost Somewhat Barely
I would myself agree strongly with D that "quite advanced" is more advanced than "advanced".
