regarding the word "Tu", available in romance lang

I noticed all romance languages uses this same word for "you", but I noticed also that the word "Tu" is also avialable with the same meaning in other non-romance languages such as lithuanian. I would like to know further details about this word and also why reason is available in baltic languages.

I think it would be more accurate to say that English "had" thou.
