*rubbing it in* - in this case, she is making fun of him, and he's telling her to stop mentioning his mistake, in a friendly way
*say* - for example
*work out of* - work at
*slaimi* - slimy, gooey, sticky, gross

The first three make no sense to me.

parfinis = puffiness

gi = either give or get

rifys = refills

That would be Mel Gibson and Samuel L. Jackson, and it would be "actor" rather than "doctor".
