the accent of the character 'V' in the movie'V for Vendetta'

I quite like his accent. Anyone here watched that movie? What do you think of that accent?

It goes with the character, and since he is such a badass, he can pull it off. If I heard someone talking like that that I didn't know, I'd think he was a snob.
