If a female animal's been pregnant for 10 months...
how do you say it?
If you're talking about a human, then the word would be 'overdue'.
If you're talking about an elephant, then it would be 'not quite half done'.

I guess this is my question:
Is it right to say that that she-camle for example is pregnant in the 10th month?

It would probably be said that she's 10 months along in her pregnancy.
A female bear with young is one of the most dangerous animals in nature.
"With young" just means "accompanied by offspring", i.e., a bear and her cubs.
In humans, "she is with child" is a delicate (and old-fashioned) way to say "she's pregnant". Similar euphemistic terms are "she's expecting", "she's in a family way", "she has a bun in the oven", etc.
