can anyone tell me what "wilco" means? And does the name "robert" means something in slang??
WILCO originated as US military voice procedure for speaking on tactical radios. It is merely an abbreviation of "will comply."
As for "robert," I don't know but ROGER is also military voice procedure and means "understood."
And - "to roger/rodger" is also a (principally) British English verb for the sex act:
"Jimmy's face was as red as a beet; had he been rogering Daphne in the gazebo?"
