Yes, what language do you think I can learn easily and rapidly if I know English and Turkish? It should be a widely used language, not like Yiddish or Welsh etc... Thanks...

If you know English, Spanish, French or Italian can be a good choice.

Perhaps, Spanish is easier than French and Italian. Phonetically is easy. Italian is also easy.

Perhaps, French is a little more difficult due to several sounds.

A rectification, French is far mor easier than Spanish or Italian for an english speaker, the latin and greek vocabulary (65% of the English vocabulary) is quasi-similar in spelling (the same root and origin), the word's endings are similar too phonetically (it's common to see Italian and Spanish words which finish with an "e", "o" or "a", in French and English that don't exist)

<<Perhaps, French is a little more difficult due to several sounds. >>

French and Turkish have similarities, non-existent in other romanic languages:
/y/ sound, turkish "ü" as "güneş" [J\yneS] and french "u" as "luir" [lyiR]
/9/ sound, Turkish "ö" as "gör-" [J\94] and French "eu" as "jeune" [j9n].

The difficult is the also the French "R" but I think it's also much easier than the Spanish Jota. There are also nasal vowels but they are not difficult to pronounce.

If you already speak English, then, for a turk native speaker, I recommend to learn German. There are many Turks in Germany, and German has ö and ü sounds as in your mother tounge.

Yes. But German sounds like a lot of nazis very annoyed. French sounds better. Besides, it is a Diplomatic language, and German not.

The French sounds are easy. It's just the spelling ...same with English.
French would be so easy if they were to change the way it's written.
It would be just like the other Romance langauges.

Very funny, yes, very, very funny, but somewhat of a stereotype.

German spoken softly can be very nice on the ears,

Tout à fait d'accord. Stop stereotype now.

Listen "Tokyo Hotel", they're germans, and sing in German, all the young Frenchwomen love them!

As an English speaker, I find Italian quite a bit more difficult and complicated than French and Spanish.

Also, research has shown that it's actually easier to elarn Italian than English - http://italian.about.com/library/weekly/aa010500a.htm
