could anybody check this paragraph for me, many thx. I read it for several times but still not sure if it sounds strange ;)

"working and studying in a professional business environment will take me further with its knowledge and skills, and the position of " Trainee Consultant" will be the best way to learn business knowledge and develop myself, without few years you will find out that I become a great contributor for the company's success."

Changing the original wording as little as possible, I'd say:

"... myself. Within a few years you will find out that I have become a great contributor to the company's success."
