Polish people are not very keen on saying 'Please' either.
I briefly worked for a BT (British Telecom) Call Centre in the UK. We were told to say "Sorry" in virtually every call.
There was a little bit of advice as to when it would be inappropriate to say "sorry".
This 'Attitude' was the advice of an American (woman) Consultant, who was paid a great deal of money.
'Customer Service' with a 'smile in your voice'
- "Missing you all ready!"
Bye for now
