what do they mean?
Overhead has two meanings:
1) above, or literally "over your head" 2) equipment and supplies that a business needs to have on hand in order to do its job, usually factored into prices, inventories, and other costs. Might as well means go ahead and do it, there are no reasons not to.

>>I aimed the camera overhead. You can see the rays extending up toward Vega in the constellation of Lyra.<< Just for a change.
thnx guys
I was confused because I thought that "as well" always meant "too". but now I get it so thnx again
Now I am confused. Could you tell me the difference between "might as well" and "should"? Thanks a lot!
"Should" implies that you are obligated to do something; "might as well" is more of a suggestion.
Thanks, eito -- I have to be nice to SOMEONE, I guess! :D
