I love the way German looks ! I'm part German, but I would really learn how to speak it fluently. My Opa was teaching me, but he's not able to teach me anymore. I know only about 10 words in German...lol, but I really would like to learn. In fact I signed up for an German class in school, but they stuck me in a French Class instead so now I'm learning French and not German. The main reason I want to learn German is to be able to just talk to two of my family members that only speak German and tell them how I am and just how's life treating me, but I can't so I guess I'm stuck without any knowledge of German. I tried to learn a little bit on my own, and yes that's as far as I got a couple of words. I don't even know how to form a sentence. I can with English Grammar, but that's not really German German.

It seems the Dutchie (I call what I want) wants to correct us in English when the Dutchie lacks the basic command of the English language himself.
