zeroty

I have a proposal that "00" should be pronounced "zeroty". What do you think about this proposal?

And the current decade could be called the zeroties.

I think it's weird.

Apparently, lots of people support this idea, if you search for "zeroties" on Google.

I don't think so because you only need to mention one zero after the decimal point. It would be the same as calling 'one' 'zero one'
