Languages with the most Nobel Prizes in Literature

Nobel prizes are usseless. Not only in literature.

The more influyent Literature always will be classical. Greece & Rome. Latin poets and retorics, classic greek theater and philosophy writers are unbeatable.

Then in my opinion english and romance literature (spanish, french & italian).
are at par. Russian literature (poets and novelists are too fundamentals).
For german languages (I don't consider english a pure german language because is too latinized) the only language significant is german, fundamentally in philosophy.

Asian and arab literatures are little known in Western Civilization.
