What accent do you really hate? and which one you love?
Also, doom, as a reply to your post:
American women are completely great. They are very beautiful and sexy while also being very bold and fun-loving. They rock. In reality, americans have the best grasp on english. Even the well spoken english speak o's as short a sounds so in reality, they've got the best accent with little confusion-at least in my case.
<<If anyone likes the American accent or American women for that matter, then they are gay.>>
If you like American women, you must be gay...hmmm. Why? Is it our penises? ;P
Jamies you just proved your gay. American women are the most obese in the world and are all career minded. You have poor taste in women.

I think that there have been (and are) many attractive American ladies. Personally, I think that one's weight is not as important as one's face. One can usually become thinner, but no one cannot truly alter one's face. Anyway, this forum is about dialects and accents, not about insulting others' appearances.
alter her (since men are not being discussed) face.
Most American women are not obese, and these days you have to have a job to keep your head above water -- the days of the single-income family are long over!
I hate Hillbilly accents...but no offence
I hate Dalmation accents they really bark me up the wrong tree. Grrrrrrr
As a Turkish learner of english I find pretty nice Cockney accent.Much as I don't like 'East Enders' on BBCprime I feel myself quite compulsory to watch it as language observer.Sometimes I try to speak in cockney accent but I fail:)
I dont care if Boston/New England accents stem from improper English and/or diction. They are incredibly sexy, and I cannot get enough.
Clearly.. aussie all the way

They're not *improper* English at all, just not the standard that "General American" is based on.
It would be disastrous if learners of the English Language...British version.....used "East Enders" as some sort of iconic model to emulate. That's the last thing anyone should do if they wish to use the English Language in a wider context. Of course, if you intend to move permanently to a real life equivalent of the mythical East London suburb of Walford then by all means go ahead and copy the way the neighbourhood characters speak but if you don't wish to do that then I recommend that you look elsewhere for inspiration and guidance. Like Edinburgh for example. :-) Or, as has been pointed out elsewhere in this Forum......Inverness.
There you will hear about the most mellifluous and purest of our Scottish accents.
A wee while back I heard an American lady say on our local Radio Scotland that she was spellboud when she asked an Inverness policeman for directions. She was so captivated by the softness and clarity of his accent that she completely forgot what he told her. So much so that when she was half way up the street she went back and asked him for the directions all over again. Being the every friendly member of the Northern Constabulary that he obviously was the copper happily obliged. Whether or not she took it all in the second time she didn't say.
I think Korean/Japanese acent sounds cute when female speak it
