Why are the rest phrased in the familiar, but Italian in formal register? (by the way, the e has an accent on it [è], but you might have just forgotten)

My "conlang" is basically pig latin, except with Spanish.

Pero' in Messico lo chiamate Castigliano, cioe' "Castellano" in Spagnolo.
