what are the practical steps to speak english fluently

im from the philippines ;)

i want to speak english fluently but it seems so hard for me to pick up every time i speak i always felt wrong i try to get read more books seemingly nothing happen no improvement at all could you help what the best i can do...

hello Azhar Elahi the best way to practice your english is to read...read..and read....start on the basic...read an english newspaper first then watch english movies..and so on..try speaking english at home...practice is the best way to attain your english fluency..hope it helps..good luck

Naser, the best way to practice speaking english fluently is to read orally, at do i mean about orally? oral reading is reading a book loudly. you speak it while reading

to all members who seek to speak English, i advise them to follow those steps which have been mentioned before.i feel noticable improvement in the way of my speech in English,after applying these steps and tips.i cant say i became fluent,no,but more understanding to the language.
