Presently, i always studying a lot of English such as preposition, grammar, and many others. Fortunately, I have been improved and developed more specifically in grammar. What i've been confusing is how to use the preposition "in" and "on" specially if it refers to specific noun. Although, i already knew in how to use in, on and at if it refers to time and place. Besides, i knew that "on" is used in surface but i can not assure if i could used it correctly.

You don't like reading English books but in your own language because there are many many words you don't undertand so you don't even know what the book is trying to say, right?

The way is, enhance your vocabulary!

My advice is, you can read some books with simple words and of course, with only a few new words. As your vocabulary enhanced, you are able to read other books you want to read.

Hope that helps!

Hi every one,, I would like to ask a question,,What are the practical steps to speak english fluently and how can i overcome hestiation,,i often forget a lot of words while i speak ,, i wish to speak englisg without thinking!!!!please please please give me practical ways i can follow not in genera,,,,,,,,,,,Thank you "

Leena, first I have to say, learning any language takes a lot of time and efforts, not only English. When you can really speak English without thinking you are very fluent in English and it takes a very long time to do that. Unless you have an English speaker talking with you everyday.

You will need a lot of input and practise, I say it from experience! Just input input and practise. And please don't worry about not reaching your goal soon because it really will take a long time! And you will not soon see your progress but as long as you keep practising, you will see it! And at that time, you will be happy about your efforts because you never know how good it feels to be able to speak another language fluently!

Good luck with your English studies!

To celina

Either a feminine form of CELINO, a variant of SELENA, or a short form of MARCELINA.

1)form of the Roman family name Caelius, which meant "heaven" from Latin caelum.
2)Selene-Means "moon" in Greek. This was the name of a Greek goddess of the moon, sometimes identified with the goddess Artemis.
3)From the Roman family name Marcellinus, which was derived from MARCELLUS. Saint Marcellinus was a pope of the early 4th century who was supposedly martyred under the Roman emperor Diocletian.

Arabic equivalent names:

Badriya Resembling full moon
Selina Moon

I've been lliving in the United States for over three years. And I been taking ESL classes, ver since I came. Nevertheless, I have to study every single day. Besides, I moved into with an american family. Most of my friends are English speaking people. I read English and watch English TV. As a matter of fact, I've put aside my first language and speak only English. Trust me, that's the most effective way to become fluent in any language. Soon, I'll be able to take the Interpreting classes. I'm traying to become an Interpreter.

i just wanna say something about using " by" before myself. i think it,s just a way how to talk. it's like saying" wanna" when u are talking but when u write it u say "want to". it's just a way to make it easier in pronunciation.
